Beontag announces new senior leadership appointments as strategic growth continues

31 July 2023 - Beontag, the global business enabler and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of self-adhesives and smart tags such as RFID and NFC, today announced the appointment of Michael Dean Cook as Global Vice President of GLM, with Mauro Lerner becoming the new General Manager of GLM for LATAM, as the company continues their strategic growth.

Michael Dean Cook will be based at the company’s North American operations in Ohio (US) and report directly to Beontag CEO, Ricardo Lobo. Cook brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and factory management, having worked for companies such as Printpack, Sonoco Products, and, for the past 16 years, Multi-Color Corporation. He has a successful track record in leading and growing manufacturing operations, and will be a valuable asset to Beontag’s international development.

As the new General Manager of GLM for LATAM, sitting at Executive Director level within the business, Mauro Lerner will lead both the commercial functions and the industrial front of Colacril, Colacril Office, Pimaco, RR Etiquetas, and Syntpaper. Lerner has been with Beontag for over 8 years, playing an instrumental role in the growth and consolidation of the GLM division. Lerner's passion for Beontag, the company’s products, and its clients will be key to guiding the LATAM operations towards an even brighter future.
