ScandLaser Speed D label paper is a white uncoated woodfree with a smooth finish suitable for ink-jet and - toner printing systems. It has a fresh whiteness to give good colour ink-jet contrast. - With its good flexibility, ScandLaserspeed is suitable for a wide range of printers and copiers and has been designed to aid performance in machines that have difficult paper paths where there are tight turns and face-down feed systems. Although primarily designed for toner and ink-jet systems, ScandLaserspeed can also be printed during label manufacture by traditional pre-print processes. - When pre-printing laminate intended for subsequent overprinting, care must be taken to control the laminate - moisture and curl. Failure to do so can lead to feed and print problems particularly in laser and copier systems. - Care also needs to be taken during storage and conversion. We would advise that self adhesive laminates should be fed from the printer manufacturer's recommended input which, for desktop printers, is usually a multipurpose feed tray.
