ScandPrint V is a versatile white calendered woodfree paper, specially selected for use in both simple primary label applications and thermal transfer overprinting. The surface is suitable for solids, sharp halftones and clear text including small type faces by traditional print methods. ScandPrint V may also be used as suitable media for most thermal transfer bar code label printers and print and apply label applicators, with suitable wax or wax/resin ribbons. ScandPrint V has both high smoothness to give an even transfer of ink from the ribbon to the paper and suitable absorbency to allow excellent ink key and smudge resistance.

ScandStick SSP E60 is a highly versatile permanent adhesive which will adhere to a wide variety of surfaces, both at room temperature and under chill conditions. SSP E60 has been designed to resist edge lift on narrow radius tubes and curved surfaces. SSP E60 has excellent conversion characteristics ensuring consistent waste stripping and label dispensing. It is also suitable for on-press delamination to allow printing on the adhesive surface or tack neutralisation. Although SSP E60 will tolerate some surface condensation, excessive amount of moisture present will reduce the adhesion.

Toy and Packaging Regulations: The materials used have been tested and comply with the current heavy metals regulations EN71-3 Safety of Toys and the UK Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 1998.
